Prince Harry’s Controversial TV Comments About Mother
Royal rift has deepened after Prince Harry’s comment in a recent interview, which made Prince William furious. The sources say that in the ITV interview, Harry told journalist Rebecca Barry that his court battle with the British media is a key part of his ongoing feud with the royals.
The Duke of Sussex also mentioned his late mother, Princess Diana. He suggested that there is evidence she was hacked in the mid-90s and criticised the tabloid press for portraying her as paranoid when she was not. However, an insider stated, “William is spitting mad that Harry would reference this again.”
It added that the Prince of Wales is very frustrated with the Sussex for continuously using Diana’s death for their own gain. They also mentioned that Harry seems unable to move on, and his obsession with his mother has only intensified since marrying Meghan.
As a result, William is considering cutting ties with Harry permanently. Back in 2017, on their mother’s 20th death anniversary, the brothers had pledged not to speak openly about their mother’s death again. But Harry seems to have broken since stepping down from royal duties.
