The Duke hasn’t held back when it comes to sharing his thoughts on the Royal Family including his fragile relationship with Prince William and King Charles.

What Did Harry Do That William Might Not Forget?

The relationship of Harry and William has been strained ever since the Duke stepped back from royal duties in 2020. Since then, Meghan’s husband has dropped several bombshells about his family drama, including Will getting physical with him at his London home.

In his memoir, Harry described a nasty showdown where his elder brother reportedly called his wife, ‘difficult,’ ‘rude,’ and ‘abrasive.’ According to Harry, the Prince of Wales “grabbed him by the collar, ripping his necklace, and… knocked him to the floor.”

Moreover, the Sussexes aired many of their grievances in television interviews. Royal fans must remember the infamous Oprah Winfrey interview and their six-part Netflix series where they discussed a lot of information and secrets of the royal world.

In addition to this, the Duke mentioned about fights over his wife to rows with William’s wife Kate over everything from lip gloss to ‘baby brain’ comments, he shed a lot of negative light on his family.

While Spare was packed with several family secrets, Harry hinted he’s actually got way more up his sleeves. Speaking about his initial draft of the book, he claimed a lot was removed from it in order to protect his father and brother.

While speaking to the telegraph, the duke said, “It could have been two books, put it that way. And the hard bit was taking things out.”  He also highlighted that there are a few things between the father-son trio that he doesn’t want the world to know because then his family would never forgive him.

Ever since, neither Harry nor his estranged family has tried to mend relationships with each other. The Duke rarely visits the home ground; if he does, he resides in a hotel rather than the Palace.

During his brief visit to the UK for the Invictus Games, Harry was not able to meet with his father due to his busy schedule.

However, a few reports later suggest that the monarch offered his son a place to stay but Harry chose to stay in a hotel instead.
