Fewer than a year after acquiring the 40th-floor apartment, Rihanna is allegedly selling a sumptuous Los Angeles penthouse that was previously held by Matthew Perry.

The 36-year-old singer bought the home last spring from Nick Molnar, co-founder of Afterpay, who originally bought it from the late Friends star in 2021.

The Robb Report claims that Rihanna is currently asking slightly less than $25 million for it.

The singer of the Diamonds is apparently still looking for an off-market buyer and hasn’t moved into the flat yet. According to Robb Robert, photographs of the unit’s “clearly staged interiors” are shown in current listings.

DailyMail.com has reached out to Rihanna’s representatives inquiring the comments.

The entire 40th floor of The Century, a gated building popular with celebrities that offers 24/7 concierge services and excellent security, is included in the property.

Before selling the house to Rihanna, Molnar held it for less than two years, according to Robb Report.

According to Robb Report, Perry extensively altered the penthouse over his four years of ownership. To finish the work, he hired interior designer LM Pagano and architect Scott Joyce.

According to the outlet, Rihanna and Molnar don’t seem to have changed Perry’s customisations in a significant way.

In what the Los Angeles Times dubbed “Southern California’s priciest condo sale since 2015,” Molnar paid $21.6 million for the property.

The LA Times claims that Perry supposedly spent almost as much time selling the house as he did residing there.

In 2017, he paid $20 million for the unit.

The property has four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and four balconies with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and downtown Los Angeles.

A huge pool with cabanas, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, a movie theatre, private wine storage, and many other amenities are included with the property.

A minimum of two of the bedrooms have windows with an infinite 360-degree outlook that overlook the City of Angels.

There’s a sizable bar section in the kitchen that seats five or more.

The apartment is the ideal gathering place for guests because it has an abundance of seating areas.

The penthouse Rihanna owns has $8,814 in monthly HOA dues, according to Robb Report.

At The Century, Rihanna has a total of two apartments. She owns a smaller unit at the building in addition to the one she is trying to sell, the publication claims.

Less than a year has passed since the tragic loss of Rihanna’s 54-year-old father, Perry.
