In March, singer, fashion icon, and beauty-product billionaire Rihanna listed her penthouse apartment for just under $25 million.
Her Los Angeles perch, once owned by the late Matthew Perry, is pending sale. The final sale price has yet to be disclosed.
Rihanna picked up the property in March 2023 for $21 million; and if she gets her full ask of $24,950,000, she’ll come out well ahead.
It’s an indisputable stunner, situated on the 40th floor and nicely appointed with four bedrooms and eight baths. Take a look inside.
The open floor plan with a dining area and living space
Rihanna, who was born Robyn Rihanna Fenty, reportedly never moved in here—which means she missed out on some of L.A.’s most breathtaking vistas. Perched high atop The Century apartment tower, this luxe home is enormous—nearly 9,300 square feet.
The open-concept plan encompasses the living area, dining space, game room, library with a fireplace, and gorgeous kitchen, which is outfitted with Wolf double ovens, a Sub-Zero fridge, and a large island.
The new owners will sleep in absolute elegance in the primary bedroom, which has its own fireplace, seating area, and beautiful bathroom with a soaking tub and chrome fixtures by Waterworks. There’s even a hot tub on the terrace.
As a green-oriented structure, the building has achieved LEED Silver certification, meaning it meets certain sustainability standards and boasts a world-famous architect as its designer—Robert A.M. Stern. There are private gardens to enjoy, 24-hour concierge services, a pool, gym, and four parking spaces that come with this deal.
In addition to being a global pop star with such hits as “Only Girl (In the World)” and “We Found Love,” Rihanna also owns a cosmetics company, Fenty Beauty, and a lingerie line of the same name.
