Rihanna and A$AP Rocky enjoyed a dinner date with their son, RZA, in a rainy New York City on Sunday evening.
The singer, 35, looked glam with red lips as she kept warm underneath a navy hooded coat.
She added shades while a sparkling statement necklace peeked out of the collar of her raincoat.
Her rapper partner – who is currently facing criminal charges – rocked jeans and a grey jacket as he carried the couple’s toddler RZA, 18 months.
Little RZA stood out in his bright yellow puffa jacket and matching Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 sneakers, a mini version of the pair Uma Thurman wore in the famously violent Tarantino movie Kill Bill.
An aide made sure the family had all the essentials, carrying the designer-loving couple’s version of a diaper bag – a £1,740 Gucci Ophidia leather-trimmed holdall.
There was no sign of the couple’s youngest son Riot Rose, four months, during the late night outing.
Rihanna and her partner initially met in the early 2010s, and he served as the opening act on her Diamonds World Tour, which took place in 2013.
The rapper announced that he had begun dating Rihanna during an interview with GQ that was released in May of 2021.
Rihanna later revealed that she was pregnant with the couple’s first child in January 2022, giving birth to RZA last May, although his name was not shared with the public for nearly a full year.
Rihanna revealed that she was pregnant for the second time during an iconic performance at the Super Bowl LVII halftime show in February 2023, and gave birth to the couple’s second son in August.
A$AP Rocky spoke about parenthood during an interview with Dazed, where he opened up about the values he wanted to impart to his kids.
‘I will always remind my children to never lose their imagination, even as adults, no matter what,’ he said.
The performer also admitted that he had learned to enjoy children’s TV after becoming a father, explaining: ‘I actually love to watch cartoons – I’ve watched like, Teletubbies, Blue’s Clues, Yo Gabba Gabba, Peppa Pig and Baby Shark.’
A$AP Rocky went on to speak about his aspirations as a father and discussed how he wanted his kids to turn out in the future.
‘I hope to raise open-minded children. Not people who discriminate. And I’m not trying to describe a saint, but realistically, I just want a cool child with cool parents,’ he said.
The performer concluded by revealing a few qualities that he wanted to instill in the mindset of his kids.
‘Things like diversity and versatility are important, and they’ll be embedded in the household,’ he stated.
